Dear Ben,
Thank you for your letter and I apologize I didn’t answer you earlier, I was really busy.
I’m glad you have a new hobby which is related with something what you like (I mean Japanese cartoons and your choice to learn this language). I think that it’s a good idea indeed and I wish you good luck, because I know that it’s hard, especially writing. Learning all those hieroglyphics should be a giant brain work. Talking about me, I learn English and Spanish at school and I like them both. I would like to learn Italian because it would be easy to do as I know Spanish already. Italian is very beautiful and what is more, I would like to travel to Italy one day and communicate with people on their language.

One day unemployed person.

I want to tell you about one day of the unemployed person.First I tried to earn money.Money - the most important thing for any unemployed.They can help buy clothes, shelter, food.An unemployed person can earn money in different ways.For example collect bottles or work on a construction site.When I was unemployed I worked as a loader, helped people to carry heavy objects for a little money, but I have enough to live on.I lived in a tent in the basement, so it was warm.Over time I have accumulated on my first good clothes. People treated me differently, someone insulted and told me to find a job, but someone felt sorry and gave money.I lived well, but sometimes went hungry.I believe that the unemployed should be one that's irreplaceable experience.

The Internet

  Most people in our country use Internet every day. But, why the Internet so popular nowadays? As for me, it's because many people need different kinds of information. There you can find what you want. But I remember about different social networks. There you can find many friends from many countries . Moreover it's interesting for us. I can't image my life without Internet today. I think not only me, but most people think so too.

The Internet is very important for our life. We can watch films, listen to music, find different information. And, of course, the Internet helps us in study. We are able to find reporters in it, it helps to do my homework. We always can find what we need. It's very useful and comfortable.

In spite of all the good sides that Internet has, there are some drawbacks. First of all, they are viruses, which can be very dangerous for any computer. That’s why it’s good to have reliable anti-virus software installed. Other minus is the violent content. As well as on TV, there is a lot of violence and cruelty online.

  Dear Sir/Madam,

 I am writing to you because I found a product malfunction. Yesterday I bought online (supergoods.kom) watch "Apple Watch".I waited 2 weeks the goods.They come in torn broken box.When I got to watch them have been scratched.I decided that it was not important.On the first day second hand in my watch has broken.Over time, the watch is completely stopped.That's not all! When I came home, paint chips and strap broke.I was very angry.I wrote a complaint to the support, but there was no answer.For these reasons I am writing to you and hope to appeal to the exchange/return watch. I need your help.
